Come join us at our casual, sensory friendly, Covid-19 safer game night! The event is completely free. Snacks, drinks, games and activities will be provided, but feel free to bring whatever you would like to do by yourself or with others!
Covid-19 precautions:
Face masks are required and free ones are available. Attendees will be 90+% of the people in the building. Meaning, almost everyone in the building is masked. There is a patio/outdoor access to be able to go eat snacks or if you get take out from one of the local restaurants. Venue capacity is 260 people so even if we have a great turnout of 100 people there will still be plenty of space to spread out. There will be multiple air purifiers and fans running to circulate the air in the room.
Accessibility:
We will have one speaker playing a lo-fi playlist as mellow, quiet background music. If this is still too stimulating for anyone when they arrive, simply let us know and we will happily turn it off or lower the volume.
There are two bathrooms directly off the room entrance that are both wheelchair accessible along with two water fountains.
There is on site parking located behind the building with two different entrances close to the parking lot. Both of these entrances are wheelchair accessible with buttons 3-6ft from the door for easy maneuvering. Please note that the entrance facing Central Ave (opposite side of parking lot) is not wheelchair accessible. With the exception of this entrance. The building does not have any steps and are only slopped hallways. For the least incline/decline walking to the room, enter on the side entrance closest to the handicap parking spaces.
